Dragon Ball Daima reveals Degesu’s true goal

Dragon Ball Daima episode 16 is titled “Degesu”. Episode 15 revealed vital information on what the Third Eye is and how valuable it is. The finale of Daima keeps on getting closer and closer so the Third Eye will most likely be important. The main highlight of this episode was of Degesu’s goal. Degesu has been helping Demon King Gomah but his true intentions was not known but that is no longer the case.

The Search for Dende

Dragon Ball Daima episode 16 begins with Degesu taking care of a Baby Dende. While this was taking place, Goku and the others decided to break into Gomahs’ palace. Goku could sense Dende making the tracking process easier. At the entrance of Gomah’s palace, Goku and the others encountered the Gendarmerie Force. Vegeta fought the Force and easily defeated them. Goku, Vegeta, Nahare (supreme Kai) and Piccolo then proceeded to rescue Dende. They didn’t realize Panzy and later on Glorio followed them into the palace.

Degesu's Goal

They encountered Baby Dende alongside Degesu. Degesu was trying to flee and threatened to shoot Dende if they made any moves. Degesu’s true goal or main aim was to become Supreme Demon King of the Demon realm. Nahare was surprised by the goal because he didn’t expect a “Glind” to have that kind of thought process. Degesu justified his opinion by saying it is in a Glind’s nature to seek higher position. Degesu also used Nahare’s decision to leave to justify his beliefs. Nahare (Supreme Kai) said his goal outside is to protect the Universe and ensure peace.

Dende Saved

Degesu was about to escape via spaceship with Dende but Panzy ambushed Degesu and it was unsuccessful. Panzy couldn’t get to Degesu in time. Glorio on the other hand attacked Degesu and Panzy used that “window” to get Dende. Degesu was easily defeated by Piccolo.

The Third Eye

Gomah watching the interaction was worried but something happened. The female Majin who tricked Hybis to get the Third Eye arrived. She gave it to King Gomah. Gomah tried putting it on but it was difficult. He asked the female Majin to assist him. This female Majin successfully put the Third Eye on Gomah’s forehead giving him an insane power boost.

Arinsu

Goku and the others later proceeded to fight the Tamagami of the First Demon Realm. To their greatest surprise, the Dragon Ball had already been collected. Arinsu revealed herself along the Majins (Majin Buu and Majin Kuu). That is how episode 16 concluded.

Closure

There’s going to be a major battle next episode based on preview. Goku and the others might face off Gomah but it’s currently uncertain if Goku will fight Majin Duu first. Glorio was also shocked when Arinsu revealed herself to Goku and the others. Glorio’s relationship with Arinsu will be understood more in the upcoming episodes.
