Jinrui-Shogu just confirmed the Mummily Likes Eating Eyeballs

Jinrui-shogu: Blight Of Man chapter 6 was recently released and it was very interesting and creepy. You can tell from the title. Chapter 6 is titled ”malice in motion” following Hayato’s visit to Seita’s body in the hospital. Chapter 5 confirmed the Mummily’s hypnotic ability. This article will contain major spoilers for Jinrui-Shogu: Blight of Man Chapter 6.
Rena Being Bossy
This chapter begins with Hayato at his new place and he’s been there for a few days. Hayato seems to enjoy the house and he’s sound asleep. Seita is aware someone’s coming and tries warning Hayato but he forcibly receives Seita’s message when Rena took off the blanket yelling at him to wake up. Hayato believes the place is cold but Rena doesn’t care obviously. Rena thinks waking up early is a fundamental part of good health so she opens the window, picks up Hayato and forces him to look at the sun. Rena has always been a boss lady since her introduction so I’m not surprised. As for Seita, I don’t know if he sleeps or not knowing his soul is in Hayato.
Rena Confirmed To Be Bullied At School
At the dining table, Hayato and Kamikawa notice Rena is upset. According to Kamikawa, She’s always upset when something bad happens to her in school and tends to drawn herself in Mayonnaise. This chapter basically takes place on Saturday so something happened on Friday. We get a preview and it turns out Rena is bullied. So the bullies killed rats and put in her school locker, aside from that, the blood was put on her shoes and she was basically cursed with wordings such as Die, Trash…… Why are you still alive……… Die! Die! Die! Die! but she tries keeping her mental health intact by believing they are jealous of her.
Rena Is Stalked
Rena decides to accompany Hayato to the hospital for reasons unknown. She just has this mom energy and she’s much disciplined. She gave Hayato five minutes to get ready which is insane. Hayato finds this inconvenient. Hayato has been going to school and his schoolmates started avoiding him because of the shock of hearing his mom died and about Seita. Seita was so close to Hayato when they were still in school so his classmates probably think there’s something wrong. That’s why Hayato hasn’t visited Seita’s body in the hospital. He was preoccupied.
On the way to the hospital, Seita realizes they’re being stalked. This guy is from Rena’s school so he must be stalking her who is so creepy but Hayato doesn’t know this. Rena has every reason to be upset girl is bullied and stalked. The stalker is even jealous when Rena held Hayato’s hand because he was far back.
The Mummily Likes eating Eyeballs
In the hospital, Hayato tries to visit Seita’s body but he found out Seita (the body containing the monster) has been moved to a private room and people are not allowed to visit including friends. Seita notices his mom and she’s hypnotized. He recalls Hayato being the same way when the Mummily (his mom) hypnotized him. Just a reminder, this isn’t Seita’s real mom. His real family is still out there. His mom was holding a plastic bag. Hayato along with Seita’s soul of course tailed his mom and what they saw was so creepy.
They saw the Mummily (Seita’s body) eat eyeballs. Yes, eyeballs! Seita’s mom was the one who brought it in the plastic bag. It was so creepy. I can only imagine how Seita felt watching his body eat human eyes. What I’m about to say will sound very creepy but the eyes weren’t cooked. It was raw, disgusting and creepy. Hayato was so scared he ran away when the thing in Seita’s body asked his mom to close the door.
Its Not The First Time
I think the Mummily has a thing for eyes. This isn’t the first time this thing is eating eyeballs. When Hayato’s mom was a Mummily, she’d hypnotize her own son and feed him eyeballs. That’s how he was able to eat Seita’s eyes in the first place. It’s possible to these monsters, eyeballs are like chicken.
Rena's Stalker Approaches Her
Hayato tried reconfirming everything he saw by asking Seita and Seita confirmed it. Remember, Seita’s soul takes the form of an eye because Hayato ate Seita's eyeballs when Hayato was still hypnotized by his mom. It was at this moment Seita realized he had to get his body back at all cost. This chapter ends with Rena at the girl’s bathroom and her stalker approaches from behind even though he’s male and shouldn’t be in the female bathroom.
Closure
This chapter was so interesting and so creepy at the same time. Rena goes through a lot in school all in the name of bullying and the Mummily is as disgusting as always. This entity must love eyeballs like crazy. Seita has to watching his body swallow eyeballs is just sad.
