New Poster

Joaquin Phoenix plays the role of Napoleon in this historical biopic and Vanessa Kirby as Empress Josephine. There are also other casts related to this historical drama but they won’t be an emphasis in this article. This movie has been announced over two years back so its garnered traction over the course of time. Though lots of information about the cast, its place setting and other important details, fans still didn’t get a first look at the movie via its trailer and we know it’s very necessary but that’s all been changed right now as the NAPOLEON movie now has a trailer and its first poster has been revealed.

So let me talk about the poster for this movie. So there are two posters revealed. We have the first which is a facial shot of Phoenix as Napoleon wearing a historic French uniform. Phoenix looks amazing and fits the role so perfectly. Phoenix is an amazing actor so i can’t wait to see him play as Napoleon. There’s also text on the poster saying ”He came from Nothing. He conquered Everything” which is a very bold and factual phrase regarding the past life of Napoleon Bonaparte. This poster also reveals its release date

The second poster is a full shot of Phoenix as Napoleon wearing the French uniform while sitting down. This poster is in French with text reading “il lest Parti de rien. il a tout conquis” which is just what I said above but this time in the French language

Official Trailer

A beautiful trailer revealing lots of details about the movie “Napoleon” has been released and it was fantastic and brilliant. I will post the link to the trailer after I give a brief overview of what the trailer is about but before getting into that, I want to tell you all I absolutely love the trailer. I thought it was very refreshing compared to others. So the main emphasis in this trailer was the revolutionary aspect of it. In the trailer, there were several wars shown to fans across several locations and various topographies such as on land and even sea, from forests to desert-like areas. Some important aspects of this trailer were the concept of revolution and control. To better understand my feelings for this trailer, you can

Napoleon was born on 15 August 1769 and his parents were called Carlo Maria di Buonaparte(father) and Maria Letizia Ramolino (mother) and he also had siblings. By the time he was born, Republic of Genoa (Italy) ceded the region of Corsica to France which was where his parents habituated and grew up there. At 9 years old, he moved to the French mainland and enrolled in Autun in 1779 which was a religious school later transferring to a military academy known as Brienne-le-chateau in May. After graduating, he was commissioned a second lieutenant in La Fere artillery regiment serving in Valence and Auxonne until the outbreak of the French revolution.

Napoleon Bonaparte was a French military commander who rose to prominence during the French Revolution because he let successful campaigns during the revolutionary war. You see, Royalist in France declared a rebellion against the National Convention. Because of this incredible feat, he was promoted to commander of the Interior and given command of the army of Italy

Bonaparte now having the control of the army of Italy went on the offensive against the Kingdom of Sardinia focusing on the Austrains who were close allies with the Sardinia kingdom. The first campaign was based in Piedmont and later was the French invasion of the Habsurg heartlands. Aside from this he also led the great Egyptian expedition which was an expedition aimed at seizing Egypt later becoming the ruler of France
