Invincible Season 2 Part 2 release date, details, plot and more

Invincible Season 2 was released on November 3rd 2023, two years after Season one’s epic finale. There was so much anticipation and hype for Season two. The show was released weekly on Amazon prime and after the forth episode into the Season, it was announced the show will go on a short break. Since then, it’s been on a break but a new announcement by Amazon finally spoke about its return which is good.


Episode 4 Overview


In episode 4(the last episode of part 1), Mark came in contact with Omni-Man, his new wife (a Thraxan known as Andressa) and his step-brother. He was mad at his dad, they argued and didn’t know how to feel about his step-brother. The main highlight of this episode was the Viltrumite invasion of Thraxa and countless Thraxians lost their lives. After a battle between Mark and Omni-Man against some Viltrumites (Lucan, Vidor and Thula), Omin-Man was captured and Mark was given an assignment. This assignment was that mark prepare Earth to join the Viltrum Empire. This mission was given by General Kregg who is also a Viltrumite.


Season 2 Part 2 release date


Amazon prime recently announced Invisible Season 2 Part 2 premiers on March 14, 2024 on Prime Video. This announcement was released in a trailer which had other plot related details. I will talk about the details of the trailer and because of this, there might be some spoilers involved.


What to Expect


In this trailer, Mark was reunited once more with the new Guardians of the Globe. After what happened at the end of Episode 4, Mark will help rebuild the Thraxan World which was destroyed by the Viltrumites. After that he will find a way to return to Earth were he and the other Guardians of the Globe will face of a brand new threat. Cecil sent him and the others on a Space mission were they are supposed to stop the Sequids invasion of Earth. Atom Eve and Rex (robot) lost their bodies to the Sequids.

There was a scene were Omni-Man was held in captivity. He was questioned by General Kregg. This was because Kregg believed Omni-Man became weak after his mission to prepare Earth for the Viltrum Empire. Mark’s mom is attacked, there’s a fight across dimensions, and someone dies.


Closure


This trailer contained a lot of information even though it’s just four episode left. I’m excited and can’t wait to see what happens next. Invincible Season 2 Part 2 will premiere on March 14 on Prime Video. It will take off were part 1 concluded so Episode 5 will release on Thursday March 14, 2024.
