Boruto’s newly revealed time skip design has fans optimistic and excited

Boruto long waited Time skip is almost here after a three month hiatus and there has been lots of updates this past few weeks. First with the release of the long awaited Minato One-shot manga called Naruto: The Whorl within the spiral and later with the release of an upper body view of Sarada’s time skip design.

There now a new update and this one’s about Boruto. Boruto time skip design is expected to be revealed in the next issue of V Jump but it has surprisingly made its way to the mainstream media though expected to be unveiled to the world a few days later. Analysis

From the above, the design features an older Boruto having Sasuke’s Shinobi headband with a short hair (Shorter than what he was shown with during the Time skip flash forward scene in 2017). There’s the eye scar with a cold facial expression.

He’s wearing a long sleeve V neck shirt, a long sleeve jacket with no buttons on top of the shirt and on top of that, there’s a cape with a sword. There’s a complete belt across his waits that perfectly tied (doesn’t leak as opposed to his younger version) with a chain added to it and he has a wrist band and a glove on his right hand. The color palette perfectly fits his overall aesthetic. The shirt is white, both the jacket and cape is black with a pink dressing on the inside. His belt is gold in color along with his wristband. His pants are black. Aside from all this, there were some designs on his cloths which were pretty interesting but it’s hard to determine what it means right now. The design doesn’t reveal his footwear to determine whether it’s been changed compared to its 2017 counterpart.

Closure

Boruto Chapter 81 releases in August 20 2023 and its going to be a time skip. Spoilers as of right now hasn’t been released but will be out in a few days’ time because it releases in Japan before the rest of the world.
