What’s the Rasengan Uzuhiko? Boruto’s new planetary Rasengan

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 3 is out and it’s titled “Uzuhiko”. The main highlight of this chapter was Boruto’s brand new technique. This chapter also showcases teen Boruto’s power growth. Rasengan Uzuhiko

This chapter begins with the battle between Boruto and Code. Boruto’s brand new technique is known as Rasengan Uzuhiko. Code wondering what this Rasengan can do attacks Boruto. Code held Boruto’s arm during this attack and the Rasengan moved to his body (it was coiling around his arm). Uzuhiko was still activated on Boruto though. Code tried striking Boruto but he couldn’t touch Boruto.

According to Daemon, Boruto’s attack was making the entire planet tremble (or making the planet spin) which makes teen Boruto crazy overpowered. Code himself noticed the spinning which is why he couldn’t hit Boruto.

The logic behind this technique

Unexpectedly, Code fell to the floor. It’s at this moment the true definition of Uzuhiko is revealed. Uzuhiko is a Rasengan that incorporates a planets chakra (rotation). The Rasengan is already part of Code’s body and it will never dissipate just like how a planet will never stop spinning and the damage of the attack will continue until code eventually dies(because the planet will never stop spinning).

Code's escape

Boruto can remove the effects of this attack on Code's body but he gives Code an option which is to give him the ten tails. This conversation is interrupted by Kawaki who aattcks Boruto. Kawaki arrived with Himawari and Team 10. Code tries to escape but Kawaki shrinks his claw marks. Kawaki in a conversation with Shikamaru decide to kill Code because he’s weak but Boruto asks Kawaki to move away from Code and “not provoke him”.

Kawaki being the hothead he is wont listen to Boruto and even threatens to take his life. Because of all the animosity, Code uses a Claw Grime and escapes through that. Sarada this chapter is seen saving people from the defective divine trees in Konoha(Claw Grimes biting the average Shinobi and not ohtsutsuki). Kawaki seeing Boruto is so excited and he wants to kill Boruto. He also mocks Boruto calling him an “Uchiha adoptee” but Boruto doesn’t care about Kawaki.

Boruto locates the ten tails

Kashin Koji’s toad is seen in Boruto’s jacket and its talking to him. There were two toads (one of Boruto, one of Code secretly planted by Boruto). With access to the toad on Code’s cloths, Boruto was able to see the Ten tails he was looking for and this is how the chapter concluded.

Closure

This chapter just confirmed how overpowered Boruto is. Boruto in base (without karma activated) was able to beat an unlimited Code (with Karma) who is confirmed to be stronger than Jigen. Rasengan Uzuhiko as an attack itself is something special. During this chapter, Boruto told Kawaki to “not provoke Code”. There’s a possibility Boruto knows something about Code hence him telling Kawaki to “not provoke Code”.
