Bluey is a Blue Heeler Dog also called an Australian Cattle Dog. Her Parents Bandit and Chilli are also Blue Heelers, and

These dogs were bred for herding cattle in Australia’s tough conditions and they are known to be energetic, intelligent, loyal and hardworking. Chloe

Indy

Lucky is a Labrador Retriever. The Labrador Retriever is believed to have originated in Canada. The dog has a short coat that usually comes in black, yellow or chocolate.. The Labrador Retriever is well known for being sporty, friendly, easy-going and social. Another dog from the Bluey show that fits this description is Jean-Luc. As for why both characters fit the description of a Labrador Retriever. Lucky loves outdoor games meanwhile Jean-Luc is kind and brave.

Rusty is an Australian Terrier. From the name, it is quite easy to know that this dog originated in Australia. The Australian Terrier has a rough and scruffy coat. This dog is known for being confident, brace, independent and also bossy to an extent. Rusty fits this description very well as he loves playing army (a pretend game) with focus, he tends to lead games and also likes rules.

Calypso is an Australian Shepard. It is believed to have originated in the United States of America despite the name Australia attached to it. The dog has a merle and multicolored coat. The Australian Shepard is known for its intelligence, calm, nurturing and herding instinct. Calypso is calm and also a wise teacher who gently guides the kids.
Alfie (Mailman)
Alfie is a Corgi. The Corgi is said to have originated in Wales. The dog has short legs and thick fur. The Corgi is friendly, loyal and reliable. Alfie fits this as he’s helpful, dependable and always cheerful.
Doreen (The Elderly Neighbor)
Doreen is a Great Dane. The Great Dane is believed to have originated in Germany. It has a short large frame and it is usually a calm and gently giant. Doreen fits tis perfectly as she appears in peaceful background scenes, she’s quite, calm and slow.
