Grok is X’s new AI technology developed in partnership with xAI. It was created as a means of competing with OpenAI’s chatGPT which took the world by storm after release. Elon Musk has huge plans for this new AI chatbot and even though it is in its early phase of release. This chatbot so far is good.
Grok has been released and as of the moment, it is exclusive for only X premium+ members. There are three main subscription tiers in X as of the moment which Premium+ being the most expensive and having a wide range of benefits.
Similar to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Grok is a language learning AI model able to create a humanlike conversational dialogue. It can be used to analyses documents, write summaries, make suggestions, translate texts and have a conversation. Unlike other LLM (Language Learning models), Grok has access to information in real time through X making it address problems with ease. Grok so far is amazing though I wouldn’t say it’s better than ChatGPT
There’s a limitation when it comes to sharing responses from the Grok AI chatbot. X Premium+ users cannot easily share Grok responses. To do so, most Premium+ users have to screenshot their entire interaction with the new AI technology. This makes it difficult to share Grok’s responses to problems posited by users. This is in fact also applicable to X. Grok responses cannot be shared on the X timeline so it is exclusive to only Premium+ users.
This is about to change because Elon Musk revealed X is working on an option which allows user share Grok answers directly to their timeline. This information was revealed on the platform X by Elon Musk himself. Elon replied to “@BasedBeffJezos” who thought it would be great if he could have a “share to timeline” button for Grok’s answers instead of manually sharing screenshots.

Grok as an AI model has so much potential. This AI model will become more popular in future depending on how it’s handled now. By developing a “share response” button for this AI model, this will lead to more exposure which in time will lead to more Premium+ subscribers on the platform.
