Oasis Egg Pet Grow a Garden

On June 28 2025, a new Grow a Garden update was revealed which is known as the Oasis Egg. Grow a Garden is a Roblox game mode were player can plant, grow and manage a virtual garden or farm. Grow a Garden fans are excited about the new Oasis Egg update because of the pets added alongside their attributes. This article is going to reveal detail on the Oasis Egg update with emphasis on the pets and their various attributes.


THe Oasis Egg


The Oasis Egg is a mythical Egg which part of Grow a Garden Summer Harvest Update. It can be purchased in the summer shop for 10 summer coins. As for Egg Price, one Egg costs 149 robux or 10(summer coins), 3 Eggs cost 429 robux, and 10 Eggs cost 1269 robux. Players can get the Eggs in Grow a Garden by going to the Summer Harvest shop and purchasing the Oasis Egg. In order to hatch the egg, go to your inventory, equip and place the egg on a garden plot and wait for it to hatch.

The Oasis Egg update has five pets with an estimated hatch time of 4 hours and 10 minutes. These pets include the Meerkat (players have a 45% chance of getting this pet), Sand Snake (34.5% chance), Axolotl (15% chance), Hyacinth Macaw (5% chance) and Fennec Fox (0.5% chance making this the rarest possibility).


1. The Meerkat


The Meerkat is a Legendary Pet. Players have a 45% chance of getting this pet so it will most likely be the most common. After every 10 minutes and 49 seconds, the Meerkat goes to another pet and does a lookout. That pet advances cooldown by 21.03seconds and has a 10.52% chance to do it again after each look lookout.


2. The Sand Snake


The Sand Snake is a Legendary Pet. Players have a 34.5% chance of getting this pet. As for attributes related to this pet, buying from the seed/gear shop has a 1.51% chance to duplicate the bought item. This means players can have duplicate amount of bought item but it’s a 1.51% chance possibility.


3. The Axolotl


The Axolotl is a Mythical Pet. Players have a 15% chance of getting this pet. As for attributes, there’s a 6.36% chance a summer type fruit stays after collecting. A 6.36% chance might not be too impressive but it does have some value.


4. Hyacinth Macaw


This is also a Mythical Pet. Compared to the other three, it is extremely rare because players only have a 5% chance of getting this pet. As for attributes, every 8 minutes and 36 seconds, there’s a 15.74% chance to mutate a nearby fruit, applying the wilt mutation.


5. The Fennec Fox


The Fennec Fox is classified as Divine. It is rarest pet with player having only a 0.5% chance of getting this pet. Every 22 minutes and 14 seconds, the Fennec Fox goes to another player’s random fruit, copies 1 random mutation, and applies it to a random fruit you own without that mutation.

Although the pets were the highlight of the Oasis Egg update in Grow a Garden, there were other addition for the Summer Harvest update such as seeds for instance the Rafflesia Seed. Another detail is the pets can also use their attributes to complement each other depending on how the player utilizes the game environment.
