Inojin Mind Transmission Formation Jutsu

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 28 is titled “New Powers". The highlight of this chapter was on Inojins new power called “The Mind Transmission Formation Jutsu”. The main highlight of Chapter 27 was on Mamushi’s powers, and his plans when attacking Konoha. Koji also used his Prescience ability to advice Boruto and the others and how to handle Mamushi .This article is going to be a review/recap of Boruto Two Blue Vortex Chapter 28 with emphasis on what Inojin new power. Inojin/Boruto Bad Blood


Boruto Two Blue Vortex Chapter 28 begins with a conversation between Inojin and Boruto. Kashin Koji was also involved even though he didn’t say anything. Inojin revealed he doesn’t hasn’t forgiven Boruto yet because of the betrayal. Boruto also made mention of how he hasn’t accepted Inojin yet. Boruto’s reply has more to do with Inojin feelings for Himawari.`


Boruto Sword Fixed


Boruto teleported to meet to Sumire about Sasuke chipped sword. Boruto asked Sumire to fix the sword so he can perform the Uchiha Blade Justu Hagoromo. Sumire fixed the sword and now the blade automatically maintains the Uchiha blade Hagoromo jutsu on its own when Boruto “grips its tilt and activates the justu”. The sword also absorbs some of Boruto Chakra but Sumire says it won’t affect Boruto. If another person tries to use the sword, whose chakra isn’t registered then the blade will take a lot of chakra. It’s like a form of safety.


Shikamaru-Shikadai Conversation


Shikamaru informed Shikadai about the situation and there was some a disagreement because Shikadai didn’t trust Boruto. This is because Eida’s omnipotence has skewed everyone memories so they see Boruto as the enemy. Shikamaru revealed to his son that he is doing it out of necessity. They need Boruto to help fight the Divine Trees.


Koji's Prescience Ability Problem


Another conversation between Inojin and Koji is seen in this chapter and this one is also very important. Inojin asked Koji why he doesn’t reveal everything he sees in the future and Koji had a very reasonable response to the question. You see, Koji doesn’t reveal everything he sees because if he does, it will affect the future. Kashin Koji revealing bits and pieces ensures the future doesn’t drastically change although there are some changes. Koji gave a hint to Inojin talking about how they have to at least change a future where Eida and Himawari die.



Shikamaru's Conditions Before the Battle


Using an unofficial transmission justu, Shikamaru communicated with Boruto, Sarada, Mitsuki, Konohamaru, Kawaki, Eida, Daemon, Amado, Shikadai, Chocho, Himawari giving them some conditions before the battle with Mamushi. The first was that no one should attack Boruto. The second information was about Inojin’s new mind transmissions justu


Inojins Mind Transmission Justu Explained


Inojins Mind Transmission Formation justu is very similar to the regular Mind transmission jutsu because people connected can converse over long distances. What makes Inojin’s different is that each person connected to the Jutsu can be turned into a “Receiver” and be used to sense the vibration of objects in their vicinity. Every object emits vibrations with a unique wave frequency so they plan on using Inojins new Jutsu to identify Mamushi’s wave frequency and use it to pinpoint where they are and capture them. Mamushi can duplicate himself and also erase his chakra signature so this Jutsu is very important. Shikamaru plans on using Inojins Jutsu to find out the number and location of the enemies and relay it to everyone connected. Shikamaru also revealed there’s a limit to how many people can be linked via the Mind Transmission Formation.


Mamushi attacks Konoha


As expected, Mamushi attacked Konoha. He did so several days earlier than what was predicted because “fate had shifted”. Mamushi clones appeared across the Konoha asking people where he can find Eida. Mamushi didn’t want to destroy Konoha because of Jura request. Jura has a soft spot for Konoha so Mamushi didn’t want to get him angry. Almost immediately after Mamushi arrived, Inojin picked up on Mamushi location via vibration. Shikamaru informed everyone about Mamushi’s location but Boruto was the first to arrive.


Closure


Boruto Two Blue Vortex Chapter 28 concluded with Boruto destroying a Mamushi clone and Mamushi duplicating himself more. Mamushi duplication ability is like a strength and weakness. It’s a strength because he has other versions of himself equally as powerful but he becomes dumber with every split. Being strong is pointless when you can’t even tell your left from your right.
