Boruto Reveals How Himawari Uses the Tailed Beast Bomb

Himawari Tailed Beast Bomb

Boruto Two Blue Vortex Chapter 30 is titled “All Them Nuisances”. The chapter emphasizes on Mamushi’s attack on Konoha village. The highlight of Boruto Chapter 29 was on Inojin’s Mind Transmission Formation Jutsu which lets him link the minds of multiple people at the same time, making communication easier. Himawari Bijuu Bomb


Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 30 is titled “All Them Nuisances”. The chapter begins with ChoCho, Shikadai and Himawari fighting some Mamushi clones. Himawari was about to do the tailed Beast Bomb on them but Shikadai used a Shadow Binding Jutsu on them and ChoCho flung them in the sky before she could use the Beast Bomb. Shikadai thought Himawari was careless because the Beast Bomb would’ve led to more damage in the village.


How Himawari Uses the Tailed Beast Bomb


When Himawari wants to use the Tailed Beast Bomb in Boruto, her hair concentrates the nine tails chakra creating the Bijuu Bomb. Himawari’s hair control in this state is similar to Kushina which is very interesting. Himawari is related to Kushina because she’s Naruto’s daughter so Himawari using the Tailed Beast Bomb is reminiscent to Kushina. It will be interesting to se how powerful she is as an adult who has full control of Kurama.


The Mission Halted


Shikamaru informed Boruto and the others in battle that Mamushi had alot of duplicates spread out in Konoha so they had to change tactics. The goal was to destroy Mamushi when he was still small in number but Mamushi had multiplied into great numbers and they’re spread out in the village (looking for Eida). Fortunately, the clones aren’t attacking the villagers and they aren’t destroying any property. This is because Mamushi is following Jura’s request. Shikamaru was summoned by Lord Kobu. This interference affected the mission because Shikamaru had to stop communicating with the others. Some Shinobi also attacked Boruto but one of them used a jutsu that greatly affected Boruto’s powers. Boruto escaped but told the Shinobi to run away when he sees a Mamushi clone or Claw Grime because his abilities will be useful later on.



Lord Kobu's Authority


In the interrogation room, we see Lord Kobu seeking Shikamaru presence. For some time now, Lord Kobu has been investigating Boruto’s escape for a while now and he’s even interrogated Mitsuki and Konohamaru. Lord Kobu now believes Shikamaru is the reason Boruto escaped so he plans on interrogating Shikamaru. Lord Kobu requested for Shikamaru’s audience even though he was informed about Mamushi’s attack on Konoha. Shikamau insisted he couldn’t meet Lord Kobu because of Konoha’s predicament but Lord Kobu used his authority to force Shikamaru. Lord Kobu is the proxy of the Land of Fire’s Daimyo so he has more authority than Shikamaru.

Shikamaru met with Lord Kobu in the interrogation room. Kashin Koji’s toad was also with Shikamaru inside the interrogation room. Shikamaru cut all communications with Inojin and the others before heading to the room. Koji told Inojin to temporarily stop the Mind Transmission Formation jutsu because he had to do something more important. During the interrogation, Lord Kobu accused Shikamaru of helping Boruto escape and he was certain. Kobu wanted Shikamaru to admit it so his punishment won’t be so severe. It was during this moment Inojin did something spectacular. Inojin used Mind Transfer Jutsu on Koji’s Frog in their location and another Frog in Shikamaru cloths relayed it directly to Lord Kobu. This means Inojin indirectly used his Mind Transfer Jutsu on Lord Kobu.


Koji's Demands


Koji used his toad to communicate with Inojin who was in control of Lord Kobu. Lord Kobu under Inojins control requested for a break first. Sai was surprised but Shikamaru knew something was up. Sai said he knew it was Inojin’s Mind transfer Justu the moment he looked at Kobu’s eyes but he doesn’t know what they’re planning. Sai asked Shikamaru this question but Shikamaru was also confused about what Koji’s plan was. Koji asked Inojin to to take Lord Kobu’s to the roof of the building and when Inojin did that, Koji asked Inojin to use Lord Kobu body to commit suicide by jumping off the building. Inojin being the person that he is refused but Koji believed it was necessary. It was at this moment the Mamushi showed up. Koji used the toad that was hidden in Lord Kobu body to attack Mamushi. Koji did this because his plan is to kill Lord Kobu and If Inojin can’t kill Lord Kobu (via Suicide), then Mamushi would do it.


Closure


Chapter 30 concluded with Mamushi splitting himself preparing to attack Lord Kobu (who is being controlled by Inojin). It’s currently uncertain if all other Mamushi clones will go on rampage now but time will tell. Mamushi didn’t attack anyone in this chapter because no one attacked him. Whenever Mamushi duplicates himself, he becomes dumber and he’s spread out across the village so Koji’s move might lead to more Chaos in Konoha.
