Even though his official voice actor hasn’t been confirmed by Gearbox, Borderlands fans are already speculating about who his potential voice actor his. Amon specializes in close-range combat battles combining powerful melee attacks and explosive elemental abilities making him an amazing choice for players who love fighting on the front and for those who enjoy an aggressive playstyle. Who Voices Amon in Borderlands 4?

As of right now, Gearbox has not officially revealed the Voice actor of Amon in Borderlands 4. This hasn’t stopped Borderlands fans from speculating especially since past Borderlands game have introduced well-known or popular people to voice characters. An example is when Chris Hardwick voiced Vaughn, Colleen Clinkenbeard voiced Lilith, and SungWon Cho voiced FL4K in Borderlands 3. This makes him one of the most versatile Vault Hunters in the Borderlands game series. Amon is able to switch between close-combat tanking, high-damage combos and playstyles that deal with tech. Amon has three skill Trees which include:

The Calamity Tree (Onslaughter): Action skill in this case is Onslaughter which is a close-combat rush ability that lets Amon attack enemy’s head-on. He deals powerful melee strikes on enemies. A Forgeskill example in this Tree is Molten Slam which lets him slam the ground with force after activating Onslaughter. This Tree is good for aggressive close combat battles where Amon can deal heavy melee damage.

The Vengeance Tree (Scourge): Action Skill in this case is Scourge, an attack that channels explosive energy to unleash destructive waves against groups of enemies. A Foreskill Example in this Tree can be considered a Firewall which is a barrier that blocks incoming fire and boost Amon’s counterattack. This Tree is a balance between Offense and Defense and its ideal for players who love retaliation.

The Cybernetics Tree (Crucible): Action skill in this Tree is Crucible which lets Amon Summon a Forge-like construct that enhances Amon’s weapons and attacks with precision. A Forgeskill example in this tree include the Double-Edge which temporarily boost weapon damage at the cost of taking more damage. Amon’s playstyle in this tree is much more Tech-focused such as adding buffs.

What makes Amon Unique compared to past vault hunters is Amon’s Forgeskill trait ensures that every Action skill comes with an alternative ability giving him six different powers to juggle from instead of three. This makes his character very versatile especially when it comes to close-combat.

How Tall Is Amon in Borderlands 4?

Amon is officially described as the largest Vault Hunter Gearbox has ever made. He is even taller than Brick who stands as 7’3”. Unfortunately, the developers haven’t revealed or published information revealing Amon’s exact height (be it in feet or in centimeters). Borderlands fans especially those who already play Borderlands 4 estimate his height is likely around 7 feet 5 inches to 8 feet. This isn’t confirmed but it’s just what fans believe. Amon Skins and Customization

Amon has several cosmetic options in Borderlands 4. They do not affect gameplay stats in any way but they give players a unique style, variety, and also goals to chase. Here’s what players can change in regards to Amon’s character.

Customization: Amon’s customization type is based on his Head, Body Skins and Style/color-themes skins. The Head design is Amon’s face or Helmet design, Body skins/Style customization alter Amons body look (armor, outfit), and Styles/Color-themed include cosmetic coats, aesthetic overlays and much more.

How to Unlock Amon’s Cosmetics:

Primarquis is a Head cosmetic that can be acquired by completing “Rush the Gate” main mission.

It’s Threshy! Is a Head Cosmetic that can be acquired by completing “Breeding Daisies” side mission.

Locked On is a Head Cosmetic that can be acquired after Amon completes his “Vile Sanctum” main mission

Pencil Case is a Style Cosmetic that can be acquired by using a Repkit 125 times.

Crimson Takeover is a Style Cosmetic that can be acquired by completing the “No Place like Home” side mission

Out of Bounds is a Style Cosmetic that can be acquired by completing the “Null and Void” side mission.

Vaultlanders is a Style Cosmetic that can be acquired by taking 500,000 shield damage. The challenge might sound difficult but it’s actually not.

Waters of Akopos is a Style Cosmetic that can be acquired by recovering 100,000 health with Repkits (The Health Makes Wealth Challenge)

Tiger of Partali is a Style Cosmetic that can be acquired by completing the Dark Subject Main mission

Is Amon the Best Vault Hunter in Borderlands 4?

Amon is currently one of the most popular Vault Hunters in Borderlands 4 because of his unique blend of melee power and cybernetic enhancements. Amon is a good frontline fighter making him a fan-favorite for players who enjoy close combat battles. Amon excels in close-range combat with a high chance of survivability. Amons Cybernetics Tree makes him sustainable in tough fights and aggressive player will like him. Unfortunately, Amon has limited long-range options and he also requires good gear to maximize melee effectiveness. In short, Amon is one of the strongest Vault Hunters for melee and tank builds but player who prefer a range combat should seek better options such as Harlowe or Rafa.
