Kingshot Gear Optimizer: How to Use It & Best Gear Upgrades

Kingshot is a stacked game so the Hero Gear system in the games uses lots of valuable resources. This means that it’s confusing to some people. Like when you start off the game, you will be very confused because putting wrong gear pieces together, even though they are advanced can still slow down your progression. That is what the Gear optimizer is for. It can help you decide where your next resources should go but it depends if you put the right information. This is the website. In a way, it’s like a calculator although its not. This article is going to talk about how to use Kingshot Hero Gear Optimizer and the best upgrades for Infantry, Cavalry and Archer Hero types.


What is the Kingshot Gear Optimizer?


The Kingshot Hero Gear optimizer is a tool that compares your 12 Hero Gear pieces, your current enhancement/mastery, available resources, and your priorities to create an upgrade plan for you. You just need to follow that upgrade plan in Kingshot to enjoy the benefits of its prediction in the game. It’s so good and it’s trusted in the Kingshot circle. It’s also very easy to use. The resources that are considered in the Optimizer include your Enhancement XP, Forgehammers, Mythic Gear and Mithril. The Gear optimizer considers these resources together so it’s very interesting. It was a topic of discussion in my Kingshot friend circle so I decided to try it out and that’s why I am writing about it.


How to Use the Kingshot Gear Optimizer


Enter Your Available Resources

In order to use it, first visit the website to access the tool. This is the link (https://kingshotoptimizer.com/). Ive written it out so you can copy it and after you read the article you just paste on your browser. You scroll and you will see a section saying “Enter Your Resources Available”. You just need to put the resources in the game in this section. For instance 5000 Enhancement XP, 200 ForgeHammers, 5 Mythic Gear Pieces and 10 Mithril. You should put the gear piece that you have so the tool is accurate. The Gear optimizer also counts unused gear as XP so you can also include gear that you are willing to consume.

After that you will have to enter the Hero Gear. In this section, you will see a section for Enhancement Level and Mastery Level. You’ll have to enter your Enhancement and Mastery Level for your 12 pieces. For instance setting Infantry Gloves (Enhancement 60, Mastery Level 8), Archer Helmet (Enhancement 50, Mastery 6), Cavalry Boots (Enhancement 40, Mastery 6).

The reason for this is because the tool wants to reproduce your actual account before it suggests something. The optimizer won’t be able to give you a good recommendation if the data is wrong so check your Kingshot account well before putting this info.


Choose Your Strategic Weights


Your weights will tell the optimizer what matters most to you. You can adjust your Infantry, Cavalry, Archer, Health, and Lethality. For instance if you set something with a weight of 1.5, it means its 50% more important that something with a weight of 1.0 and 100% more important that something with a weight of 0.5.


How to Set Weights to Get the Best Result


The Infantry is usually in the front of a battle so if you want to prioritize infantry survivability. You should set infantry and Health as 1.5 each. You can set Cavalry as 0.5, Archer as 0.7 and also Lethality as 0.5. This way Infantry and Health will be the priority.

If you want an increased Archer damage, raise the important of Archer and Lethality i.e Archer 1.5 and Lethality 1.5. This same method also applies to Cavalry. If you want to prioritize Cavalry, set the weights of Cavalry and Lethality as 1.5


Best Gear Upgrades (Where You Should Put Your Gear Resources)


- If you want to prioritize on an Infantry Hero in the Kingshot, the stat you should aim for is their Health. This means that you need to focus on Gloves and Chest Gear. If you focus on these two then your Infantry Health will increase. These two are the Health pieces.

- If your priority is an Archer Hero, the stat you should aim to increase should be your Lethality. This means that the gear pieces you have to focus on is your Helmet and Boots. These gear pieces will boost your offensive or lethality.

- If your priority hero is Cavalry. The stat you should aim to also boost is Lethality. To boost this stat, you need to focus on your Helmet and Boots (Similar to archer).

Your Enhancement level, Mastery resources and strategic weights can cause the optimizer to recommend different pieces but the information is the default for Infantry, Archer and Cavalry Heroes in Kingshot. This is just another reason why it’s good you put actual data from Kingshot game.


The Near-Miss Analysis


The Kingshot Gear Optimizer has a Near-Miss Analysis which allows you to check what could become possible with about 10% additional resources. You can check what you want and then try out the Near-Miss Analysis. You just need to add 10% to everything you suggested to the gear optimizer.


Optimizer Results and Recalculation


When you run the optimizer, the results will come out in three ways i.e the Weighted Gain, Efficiency and Execution Order. The Weighted Gain is good for seeing which upgrade gives you the largest improvement according to your priorities. Efficiency considers your improvement relative to the resources consumed and finally Execution order gives you the order in which you should make your changes. The Kingshot Hero Gear Optimizer isn’t permanent so you can try it over and over again.

The Kingshot Gear Optimizer is talked about because it’s good. If you put the right information, the Optimizer will know what to recommend to you. If Infantry is your priority, focus on Health (Gloves/Chest), if it’s Archer and Cavalry, prioritize Lethality (Helm/Boots). You can use the gear Over-and-over to try out different stuff
