March speed in Kingshot is an underrated stat even though it plays a huge role in how you progress in the game. March speed determines how fast or slow your troops move across the map during special actions so it’s really important. The faster your troops move, the quicker you can gather resources, join rallies, and even complete events. Lots of Kingshot players tend to focus on attack or defense stats while ignoring March speed completely but improving your March Speed gives you a huge advantage in the game. This is because faster marches mean more actions so you need a good march speed plus attack and defense to have an advantage. This article is going to talk about how to Increase March Speed in Kingshot so you get the advantage I’m talking about.


What is March Speed in Kingshot


March speed refers to how fast (or slow) your troops travel from one point to another in Kingshot. This means movement on the World map when you’re carrying out activities such as gathering resources, attacking enemies, or reinforcing allies. This also applies when you’re already in an activity for instance hunting or joining rallies. March speed mechanics in Kingshot works the same across all game modes so once you increase it, then your overall performance in the game should also improve. A faster March speed in Kingshot is very important because it allows you to complete more actions in a short period of time. This is why I keep saying it’s really beneficial. If you do this over hours, days, or weeks, you will start to notice of it gives you an advantage over other players.


Best Ways to Increase March Speed in Kingshot


1. Upgrade Your Academy Research


One of the fastest ways to increase March Speed in Kingshot is through Academy Research. Research is a way Kinsghot players can permanently boost stats, and that also apply to all your March speed. In order to boost March speed in Kingshot, you should focus on both Growth and Battle research trees because they usually include upgrades related to troop movement. Focus specifically on research nodes that mention March speed, mobility, or troop movement because not all upgrades affect speed directly. This can improve how quickly your marches perform. The advantage of research is that it tends to add up over time so even a small percentage increase will starts to stack up(well if you progress) which will improve your March speed. This is also a natural way to boost your March speed without over relying on boosts.


2. Use Hero That Boost March Speed


Some heroes in Kingshot come with skills or passive ability that can increase March speed. One example of such characters is Diana who has a skill that reduces stamina cost so you progress further. Father is another Kingshot Hero that boosts Speed. These bonuses usually apply to activities like hunting or troop movement so it might not be direst but you’ll usually see “faster……..” or “increased………..” There are heroes that have skills that increase March speed when leading a march, some have bonus speed when attacking and some even have d mobility. You can start the game with a hero that boosts speed and set that o as the leader of your main march to see the effects. You can also combine heroes with speed related abilities (if you have any).


3. Don’t Spread out Your Gear


Hero Gear is very important because it can boost your overall stat including March speed although it’s indirect. You should focus on equipping your gear on specific heroes (maybe 3) that you like using. Even though most gear emphasize on stats such as attack, defense, or health, there are also some pieces that provide bonuses that improve your overall efficiency including those related to movement. The trick is to concentrate your best equipment on your main three heroes to ensure that your hero has enough good boosts. Equipping higher tier gear can improve overall performance in battles and also indirectly enhance your speed. Speed boosts might not be direct but these gears still add your overall performance.


4. Use Temporary Buffs and Items


Temporary buffs are one of the fastest ways to increase march speeds. The only issue is people don’t like doing it because it’s “temporary”. These buffs usually come from items, event rewards or other special boosts that can be activated when needed. This is another option, and although people might want to boost their March speed naturally, it’s good that you also consider this an option. You can use these boosts strategically in special occasions to maximize their value.


5. Participate in Events and VIP Bonuses


If you have time, you should try to participate in events in Kingshot because they usually provide bonuses including March speed increases. Some VIP levels or event systems may include bonuses depending on the games progression system. These rewards or bonuses can either be temporary or permanent depending on the event or progression level. Reaching higher VIP levels can also unlock passive bonuses that indirectly improve troop movement. You should try to be active in events so you progress faster.

I already made mention of this in the sections above but I still want to talk about it one more time. March speed has a direct impact on how you play Kingshot. Faster troops allow you to join rallies quicker which can be the difference between getting rewards and missing out entirely. It also improves resource gathering since your troops will spend less time traveling and more time collecting. In events like Beast hunts or timed challenges, speed helps you complete more actions within the limited Window. It also boost your reinforcement timing allowing you to support allies faster during battles.


Common Mistakes to Avoid


One of the biggest mistakes you can make is ignoring research upgrades tied to March speeds in Kingshot because it provides the most reliable boost to your speed. It’s also permanent so most Kingshot players would like that. Another mistake people make is upgrading and spreading gear across random heroes instead of main heroes which reduces efficiency even if it doesn’t directly increase speed.
