Emporium of Enigma is a valuable event shop in Kingshot and it gives players a chance to exchange Pearls of Enigma for premium rewards in the game. The issue is Pearls are limited and there’s a wide selection of items that are available so it can be very difficult deciding what to buy. There are some things that provide long term value and account growth meanwhile others can be easily obtained by just playing ordinary matches. The best purchases are the ones that are difficult to farm elsewhere and those that provide long term value even after the event ends. Choosing the right thing to buy can really help you and that’s what this article is for. This article is going to talk about How Emporium of Enigma works (in case you don’t know), best things to buy (including those for F2P players), and what you should avoid.


How Emporium of Enigma Works


The Emporium of Enigma is the final reward stage of the Buccaneer Bounty event cycle in Kingshot. It’s like a reward but in this case it’s a shop. In order to earn items from this shop, players in this game would need to participate in Harbor Drill activities and collect Corsair keys. Once you collect these keys, you can use them to open Buccaneer Bounty chests which will reward you with Pearls of Enigma alongside other items. You just need to spend those Pearls in the Emporium of Enigma shop to get some of your favorite resources in Kinsghot.

You need to know that Corsair keys carry over between Emporium events in case you plan on saving some of the ones you have for the future but Pearls of Enigma do not carry over. If you use your Corsair keys to unlock chests and get Pearls of Enigma, you should use all those Pearls before the event ends. If you finish the event with unused Pearls then you will lose the opportunity to spend them again on resources. That’s why it’s good to know what you want to exchange your pearl for.


Best Things to Buy in Kingshot’s Emporium of Enigma


1. Widgets


If you are looking for a very good thing to buy in Emporium of Enigma, then Widget should be a top priority because it’s a good long term investment. Widgets are used to unlock and upgrade Exclusive Gear (it’s one of the most powerful hero progression systems in the game) in Kingshot. There are lots of resources that can be farmed in regular gameplay but Widgets is not one of them. Widgets are scarce but they are very important for a characters progression hence the reason is a valuable item available in the shop. Lots of player’s might not understand the value of Widgets until the later stages of the game. For instance if you’re building a hero for rally alliance, upgrading that hero’s Exclusive Gear will improve their overall effectiveness in rallies, PvP and events and you will need Widgets to do that.


2. Forgehammers


Forgehammers are another important resource you can get in the Emporium of Enigma in Kinsghot. Forgehammers are used for Gear advancement and it’s also a really strong equipment you can use in the game. Forgehammers are valuable but difficult to get. It’s not like food, wood, or even stone that can be gathered easily. In short, it’s a scarce, valuable and useful resource. Gear progression tied to Forgehammers can help you in almost all aspects of this game and give you an edge among other players. Like if there are two players with similar hero levels, the player who has invested more into gear upgrades through Forgehammers will perform better in combat than the other player. Gear upgrades are relevant throughout the game so Forgehammer is a long term valuable resource you can get.


3. Mythic Hero Gear Chests


If you want fast power gain in Kingshot, then getting a Mythic Hero gear Chest should be good for you. Although Mythic Hero gear Chests do not provide long term progression in the game, it can strengthen heroes by improving their equipment setup. This makes these chests extremely valuable for new players who are still building their lineup in Kingshot. If you are new player and a combat hero of yours is missing a Mythic Gear Piece, you can obtain that missing Hero gear piece through a Mythic Hero Gear Chest which will help boost your power. Mythic Hero Gear Chests might not provide the same value as Widgets or Forgehammers but it’s really useful especially to new players.


4. Mythic Hero Shards


Mythic Hero Gear shards are a good buying option in Emporium of Enigma. It’s good for players who want to advance or develop specific heroes because these shards help in unlocking star upgrades which improves stats and combat performance. The value of Mythic Hero Shards also depend on your current roster. If you are investing in a particular hero then you will notice that Mythic Hero Shards will help you reach your goals much faster. It’s also linked to Mithril which is very important in Kingshot. The reason Mythic Hero Shard is below Mythic Hero Chest, Forgehammers and Widgets is because their usefulness depends on what you need.


5. Exclusive Skins


Exclusive skins are rewards that visually standout and they are available in Emporium of Enigma. Some of these skins also provide stat benefits that can be beneficial to you which is the reason it’s in this list. You can get skins that are visually appealing to you and others that give stat boosts (if you have enough Pearls) such as March skins or City Skins. Unfortunately, skins are not as valuable as the other resources in this list so they are like an addition. Most players would choose getting a Forgehammer over as City Skin.

Players should avoid resources that can be acquired easily in normal gameplay. This includes basic resources (food, wood etc.), common upgrade materials and consumables that are easily farmable in the game. The reason for this is opportunity cost. Pearl that can be spent on basic resources can also be spent Widgets, Forgehammers and other premium materials which is much more beneficial.
